The Kappa "Omini" logo represents our heritage, our strong community values, and a team spirit that keeps us together. During this difficult time we want to give special attention to our customers and employees, especially as the way we come together has changed. We've decided to adapt our logo to symbolize this moment and raise awareness of the importance of social distancing. Let's use this time to put people first, support each other's health & well-being, and show a united front as we fight this together.

A note about our shipping delays:

To allow our warehouse to take proper safety precautions, our shipping process will experience delays. Orders should ship within 3-7 business days of being placed. Our customer service team is working hard to answer all your emails and phone calls. Due to the high volume of requests, it may take up to 3 business days to hear back. For immediate answers to most questions, please check our FAQ section. Your patience and support is greatly appreciated.

A note about our returns/exchages delays:

The influx of web orders we have seen in the last few weeks has brought on an increased amount of returns and exchanges. Due to circumstances from Covid-19, packages sent back for returns/exchanges will be left in quarantine for at least 1 business day. After this quarantine, our warehouse team will then be able to process these packages, and we can expect it to take up to 10 business days. Exchanges are sent out once a week or when time permits.  We are working hard to accommodate the needs of our clients with our warehouse team, which has limited staff on hand to maintain safety precautions.
